Easy to Operate:
The G-150 Tube Testing Guns are easy to operate. Simply insert both the Air Injection Gun and Plugging Gun into the tube end, press an air control valve button, air expands the seals on both guns and pressurizes the tube. When the pressure in the tubes stabilizes release the air control valve. Any reduction of pressure indicated on the large pressure gauge will reveal even the smallest tube leak. An optional digital gage increases the guns ability to detect even the smallest pinhole leaks.
Specify the following when ordering:
- Tube OD and wall thickness
- Tube length, tubesheet face-to-face dimension
- Number of tubes to be tested
- Length or depth of any channel head or header box present.
